SEACOM Service Manager (SM) acting as the Single Point Of Contact, is in charge of assisting Customers in all queries as well as for circuits provision and reprovisioning.

Any activation, cancellation or reprovisioning request should be notified through SEACOM Circuit Activation Request (CAR) form sent to SM by fax or email (service@seacom.mu). Once the circuits are released, the customer will be notified by SEACOM Service Hand-Over Letter mentioning Circuits services ID.

The customer can monitor and manage his circuits status, faults report tickets through the SEACOM Network Administration System (http://nas.seacom.mu), as well as keep his personnel involved with other activities without waiting on the phone unnecessarily when calling SEACOM.
